1) TURN OFF ALL NOTIFICATIONS
2) DELETE APPS YOU DON'T USE
3) SET A TIME BUDGET, ESPECIALLY FOR YOUR CHILDREN
(EX: ALLOT THEM ONLY 1 HOUR PER DAY)
4) GET OUTSIDE INTO NATURE
